What is Smokin Lloyd's return policy?

Smokin Lloyd accepts returns on any unused products within 30 days of purchase. Used products may not be returned under any circumstances. Every return must have a valid RMA number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns due to chnage in preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Returns in exchange for a Smokin Lloyd credit will not incur a restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 3316-A S Cobb Drive Smyrna Georgia US 30080.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you use a Smokin lloyd, preparid shipping label (cost of postage will be subtracted form your refund). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

If you unfortunatley recieve a broken, incorrect, mislabeled or damaged item, please file a claim within 5 days of recieving your product with our support department.

Please be sure to provide an order number and 3 photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Smokin Lloyd will always replace the broken item at no additonal cost.

We may request you send back the original broken or defective item at no additional cost. We will provide the shipping label.

May I return a broken item?

We know it's a bummer when your item breaks while using it. So, Smokin Lloyd will happily give you a discount to reorder your item.

If your item breaks after using it, please send us your order number and several clear photos of your damaged item to We will then issue you a one time 15% off promo code that will discount a replacement item for you. You may keep the used item.

Do you offer product exchanges?

We offer exchanges for wrong items received. Contact or customer support team so we may correct it as quickly as possible. Call 1-800-420-4369 or email

If your preference of item has changed, an RMA number will be issued by Smokin Lloyd to send back the original item. At that point, you will will refunded with a store credit in which you may use to order a different item.

What is my package is returned to sender?

 In the unfortunate event that your package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you may choose to have it reshipped to and alternate or corrected address. How do I file a product return?

May I return a used item?

We do not accept returns on any used items. There are no exceptions.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
